Hi All,

Please advice. I am due to apply for iLR soon in June at the croydon office. I fall under the ILR JR and a contractor with a limited company. I have anual accounts prepared by my accountants and all other documents.

1. DOes my accountant need to be a chartered accountant for the prepared accounting documents to be accepted by the home office

2. I had fixed penalty points resulting to revocation of my licence April 2009 but have since obtained another full drivers licence. Will i need to declare this on the form under the criminal conviction section as i dont think this is a criminal conviction.

Please can anyone advice
Thanks :)

NO

I am baffled at what you are saying. I have never heard that a license gets revoked just by a fixed penalty. Can you explain about it fully to get a proper reply.
