got my ilr yesterday at sheffield within half an hour quiet smoothly,havent got problem s at all ,they havent ask for missing p60 or expired passport and anything for dependant at all,any1 who is applying for ilr under hsmp jr shouldnt bother about dependant,low income,proof of address/ID,marriage certificate,proof of hsmp,employers letter..blah blah and anything like that(but i got everything tucked in my folder) ...the staff was quiet understanding and polite..just ask for application....appropriate fees..then supporting documents which ever we like 2 give havent bother 2 look at them and havent ask 4 anything special. .....sheffield is a lovely place. ..loved my trip ..i would like to say BIG THANKS to the member ov this site,its the most useful,helpful and generous site. .....hope every1 got their ilr ,good luck 2 all...

Please could you let me know the documents you shown?

I am also having problem with my first 2 years P60 missing. I have last 3 years P60's with me. (little bit worried)..

My status: WP + HSMP (NOV 2006) + Tier 1.

...thanks....if u dont have p60 for 1st year or before your 1 extention, you dont have to worry 2 much..only last 3 years are imp(after extention)...but should have some backup 4 that..either got the letter from previous employer/wageslips/bankstatements/p45 or try to get the p60s or tax detail letter from hmrc..(to be very frank i donno much about workpermit holders) .but in my case they dont ask for 1st year p60/p45/wageslips or anything...but i would say i already showed everything in my 1st extention...mayb thats why..good luck 4 ur ilr...hope u dont have any problems at all...cheers..
