Hi to all
I am on workpermit from 2006 with the same employer. My ILR will be due next october. I need to ask that will i have to provide my tax record for 5 years as well ?? as tax payment is the responsiblity of my employer.

And what will happen if my employer tax records are not upto date at the time of my ILR

Does it means that i dont have to show my previous 5 years P60 ?? because i dont have all of them.

Are the requirement for ILR from 5 year work permit are

1. Letter from employer
2. 3 months Bank statements
3. 3 Months salary slips ???

Either 3 months Bank statements or 3 Months salary slips

Sometimes they do ask for ur last five year P60s.
so if possible please try to get it

Not for WP holders....
