hi guys

i need some advice, i submitted my wifes ILR in April 2010 but it was due to run out in May 2010 but as of yet they have not taken the money out of the account anyone with ideas how long they will take to take the money out,
its now July waiting is not a thing for me,

any ideas?

I'm afraid it's looking like bad news. They usually take payment out within 2 weeks of receiving the application. Have you received the acknowledgement letter?

Expect your wife's application to be returned with a covering letter stating they were unable to claim payment. Resubmit it with a cheque or postal order. This has happen to a few people on the board, despite their card details being correct. After resubmitting with a cheque all is well.

to ur question yes i have recieved the letter but this was dated like back in april and never heard of them since, do u reckon its a wise idea to send them a cheque instead of them writing to me and sending me my application back to me? pls could u advise or any of the moderators many thanks
