Speeding and Court ordered points and fine

Hi could any one please advise do I need to mention about the conviction which as has been about speeding (100 mph). Court has given fine and some points on licence where points have been expired few years ago.
Do I still need to mention in application when I apply for ILR.

If is was court ordered then unfortunately you do, even if the points have expired.
will this effect on decision

It will not have a major impact on your ILR if you disclose it, but the Rehabilitation period for fines are normally five years.

its been 7 years now and dont have any points on licence as well.

If its 5 years + to the conviction date, then it is spent.. and you are not required to declare it under "Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974" this is mentioned in the form as well.
I would still declare it and it will not create a negative impact.. atleast it did not on mine..
