15 years here and still waiting

hi everyone I have been here since 1995 and still waiting my papers.I have got two little angels in my life and my wife.I had working permision but HO took my w pemision back so that I had to apply Nass help.HO asked 4 photo of mine and my family on 16 of march 10.I have been waiting since and getting section 4 help since may.could you help me about it, what should I do?thank you
