case resolation director

hi
about 2and half mounts ago i receved latter from case resolation director and they asked for 4 picture,i got another 5 frind they receved it after me but they got there visa but still nothin happend for me so far,by the way i sent my partner s pic ans my son who was born in uk.
some people saing THATS IT ,DONE ,THIS MEANS THEY GONO GIVE U ILR.
but my solicitor said it could be good news or maybe not and they refuse u fresh clame,
i dont know what to bleave
anyone knows anything about it??????????????????????????
