Hi my settlement visa is due to expire in JUNE 2011, till date I have collected the following proof of address under my name:
1. ELECTRICITY BILL
2. GAS BILL
3. TELEPHONE
4. BANK STATEMENTS (JOINT WITH HUBBY)
5. DRIVING LICENCE
Could you please let me know if all of the above listed documents are enough for the ILR application.
Also, when should I make an application for the ILR.
THANKS

688148256, see
SET(M) form for list of documentary evidence(s) to prove cohabitation.
Under current rules, you cannot apply earlier than 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of your arrival date in the UK. If your current leave expires before the date that you become eligible to apply for settlement, you must first apply for further leave to remain.

Hi,
Which one is better for a SET (M) APPLICATION for an ILR visa POSTAL OR PREMIUM.
Do they interrogate in a PREMIUM application is it safe, quicker and easier?
thanks

An in-person application is neither an interview nor an interrogation! And unless you are doing something illegal that may influence your immigration (settlement) application, not sure why you ask if making an in-person application is safe or not?

Only apply in person if your application is straight forward. The checking officers don't have the authority to make a decision on the day if further clarification is needed.

If you are working full time I know it can be a problem to take time off work to arrange to go down to the PEO as its a full day thing.
Utility bills I have been told is good evidence to prove cohabitation.
Small question

I am sorry I might sound daft but the cohabitation proof that is the letters, do they have be just in joint names or individual ones would be fine too??
and if individual ones are allowed then is it that we have to provide 6 each or 6 in total??
thanks
