Hi Guys,
I hope i can gather some good information on here and welcome you all to share as much as you know. I am currently married to a UK national and i am a foreigner. She commited adultery severally so as a result of her unfaithfulness we are going through a divorce now which i reckon should come through in the next month. However my Spouse visa runs out in 4months!! Can i apply for an ILR or extension of stay (Compassionate grounds) that she committed adultery and she was the reason for break up of the marriage. I feel i am settled here at the mo, i have got a full time job and i can care for myself...
Please advise on what my options are...
P/S
We havent got any kids together but was with her from dating to married life for 3years plus

Unlikely as this is a break down of the marriage. Apart from cases of Domestic Violence, the UKBA don't consider who was to blame when a relationship ends.

Infidelity due to breakdown in relationship or the other way around. It may be difficult for you to prove the former but either way it is just a breakdown in relationship, IMHO.
