Why are you shouting? Posting on the internet in block capitals is equivalent to shouting, and on this board such posts are liable to be removed without warning.

Well over 90% of in-person applications at a PEO are dealt with on a same-day basis, but having said that UKBA make it very clear that same-day service is not guaranteed, even though the premium fee has been paid.

Did they give you any clue as to why they could not deal with your application on the day?

As suggested in the duplicate post on the same subject, standard timelinesapply (as postal) applications and subject to the verification(s) being completed.
