Photograph Guidance for Child - Query

Hi,
I read the photo guidance document but still i have a doubt.
I just realized, i kept a hair band to my child (3 years old now) while
taking photo. She has a curly hair and we had
to use the band to make them straight.
Though her face is clear and the photo conforms to all other requirements
of the guidance.
Just wondering, whether the hair band is allowed while taking photographs?
