Hi from forum I understand the documents to be submitted for ILR by main applicant.

Also with these what other documents to be submitted for dependants/spouse (mainly spouse).

and for how many years they need to be.

We got tier1 in 2009. Elgible for ILR in Feb 2011.

1. Marriage Certificate (married for 5 yrs)
2. Council tax on both name (from march 2010)
3. tenancy agreement on both name. (from march 2010)

Assuming the requirements don't change until then, you will only need your marriage certificate (and birth certificate for children) if dependents apply for ILR at the same time as the Tier 1 migrant.
