I've a question about ILR -

I entered in UK on 1st Aug 2006 (Through one Indian Service Company on Work Permit valid till Dec 2008) - by Sep 2008, I've transfered my Work Permit to one UK based company (received new WP from Sep 2008 Till Sep 2013 for 5 years), However - I've got my Tier1 stammped last year in Dec 2009 Till Dec 2012.

Want to comfirm, if the different state of VISA i have got will be any issue in applying for ILR.

Exact Dates -

1st Aug 2006 Till 10 Sep 2008 (WP from Indian Company)
11 Sep 2008 Till 02 Dec 2009 (Transferred WP - Not Tier2)
03 Dec 2009 Till 03 Dec 2012 (Tier 1 General Migrant)

Now my query is I'll be finishing my 5 years of Stay in UK in 03rd July 2011 (before 28 days I can send Application).

There is also some talk about changes in ILR due to announce in July 2011, Will that affect my status of ILR.

We will have to wait and see if PC will be implemented on July 2011.Iam in the same situation as you're i will be eligible for my ILR in July 2011.
