ILR Spouse

Hi
I want to apply for indefinate leave to remain as spouse of a british national.
My questios is that I have sufficient letters spreaded on 2 years
but on one address we live for a month and we dont have any proof for it. Basically it was a accomodation for homeless families. My spouse applied for it and offcourse i lived with her in homeless accomodation.
would it be a problem
1. that we dont have any proof of living togather on one address for a month
2. would it effect my ILR because homelessness comes in public funds...(my wife applied for it when she was pregnant and i lived with her).
plz reply my ILR is due now
