Hi All,

I booked an appointment online for ILR Set-O at Croydon for Main Applicant and 2 Dependants.
Is it necessary for Dependants to attend this appointment OR I can just take their doc/passport and get their VISA stamped if Successful.?

The choice is entirely yours, you can go with them if you want or leave them behind.I booked same appointment and went alone.

Same situation here. I booked appointment for myself and dependant spouse next month. My husband is working on the appointment day. Should he get a letter from employer to explain the absence? Or it doesn't matter at all?

Not needed. As stated above, it is your wish if you want to take the dependants along or not.

At most, ask your husband to write a letter stating his inability to attend and that you'll be representing him.

As already stated you do not need dependents to attend, however their appointments must be booked.
