ILR 28 Day Rule - Urgent

Hi,
Im kind of confused about the 28 days. My Spouse Visa was granted on the 31st of October 2008, and I entered the UK 17th of November 2008.
Now according to my calculations I complete two years on the 16th of November, then I could apply for the ILR on the 20th of October. Just wanted to reconfirm as I have an appointment with the Liverpool Office or was I wrong completely.

You may apply for settlement no earlier than
28 days before 2nd anniversary of your entry in the UK (17-Nov-2010).

My dilemma is that I'm scheduled to go Liverpool on the 20 of October. Will that be in the 28 day window. I'm confused if I complete the two years on 16 or 17 of November. If they count on 17 then I'll be applying within 29 days... I'm confused about the dates.

By my calculations the 20th October will be 27 says prior to your (equivalent) entry day)..so you may be one day short. When you book the PEO appointment they generally check your entry date, or did you book the appointment online?

I entered the UK 17th of November 2008
28 days before the 2nd anniversary of that date is 20.10.10! So applying for ILR on that date is fine.

Yes I booked online. I have an alternative day booked as well but I have a day off on 20/10/10.

Hi Guys,
My wife was given spouse visa 14/12/2009
Received her paperwork back 04/01/2010
Came to the UK on Feb 17 2010
Visa stamp 20/03/2012
She can apply for ILR 28 days befor 20/03/2010
