As per the above information provided.

1. If i stay in UK and work in UK for 5 years on Tier 2 without paying NI as my company pay the NI and Tax which i'am not aware , Can i apply for ILR?

2.I have mentioned 3 different scenarios with Tier 2 and Tier 1 combination along with company and client. Out of 3 scenarios which one can be considered for the ILR?

Kindly can anyone provide comments on the above

Regards

What are your pretty diagrams supposed to represent? Can you provide a key please to the letters you have used.

You may be trying to explain something, but the only difference I can find between the scenarios is that in the first you use YB second YC and third ZD. I have no idea of the context or significance of these diffences.

Put it another way, I have absolutely no idea what on earth you are on about.

In answer to your first question, it is the employer's responsibility to deduct NI from an employee's pay. It should say in your pay slips if this is being paid or not.

what does ur payslip show? Do you have P60s or P45s?

if u dont have any documentary evidence of NI and TAX you may have problem...you could contact HMRC to get a letter outlining taxes paid in last 5 years.
