ILR : Break in Employment and missing P60s

Hi,

I had a break in employment in March 2008 for the month of March 2008 only. I was on HSMP at that time. In May 2009 I switched to Tier-1, and am now eligible for ILR in Dec 2010.

I was given P45 in Feb 2008, and hence do not have P60 for Tax year 2007-2008.

I have received the employment history letter from HMRC which details this gap, but shows total earnings and NI/Tax paid during the Tax year 2007-2008.

My concerned is, can this un-employment for the month of March - 2008, and hence missing P60, be a issue while applying for ILR? If this can be a issue, should I consult and hire a immigration solicitor.

I am missing another P60 for three months work in Tax year 2005-2006, however for that I have payslips and letter from employer to prove I was working. For this period 2005-2006, I was on WP.

Thanks

Thanks,

I too am hoping that I call pull this one off without need of solicitor...

Since for that month, I can show that I did not claim any benefits, paid my bills etc as usual, and was frantically searching for jobs...

Thanks again for your comment, I was wondering if senior's have any suggestions
