I have got my PR yesterday in sheffield PEO.though it took total 5 hours but its worth going there. Here are the details

1) Reached PEO at 9:45am (appointment was for 10:45)

2) got the ticket number from reception after security check (10:00am)

3) called at 10:15 to check the application form, photos and asked to be in the queue for payment

4) payment queue was quite long and took 1 hour, finished at 11:15am

5) Then just waiting for my case to be picked by case worker.

6) after 2hour 30 minutes around 1:45pm case worker called me ,said that I have just taken your application and will check now, could take 30/40 minutes

7) He came back in 15 minutes around 2pm and asked me about my previous employement details.I have all the letter from my previous employer.

8) He went back and then again came and said yr application is succesful and return all my docs and said that you will get your passport back in 10 minutes.

9) 2:30pm receptionist called my number and gave me passport stamped ILR .

When you apply for ILR, you are granted ILR. Only EEA nationals receive / are granted PR.

Congratulations at123 !! :)...
What was the format of the letter from your previous employers? And did the caseworker asked for your previous employers letters or only the current employer? Did you submitted the SAR file or any employment history document alongwith your application?

Is it necessary that all employer letters are to be submitted?

what happens if those are not in operation anymore?

In my case I had 3 previous employers and a 4th one whom I worked alongside the 3rd one(supplementary employment), I have shown that income and letter for my conversion from tier 2 to tier 1 . Do I again require all these letters or the HMRC tax letter for 5 years is sufficient? I also got 4 p60s and p45s in order.
