Thanks in advance for your HELP.
I will be due in few weeks to make SET(M) ILR application. Our problem is that our Landlord has not signed/renewed our tenancy for the past 3years. Getting hold of him on phone is extremely difficult but he told us that he doesnt need to renew our contract every year as he is happy with us.
My wife doesnt want us to push this issue so much as we have pets. She fears that any new contract might exclude our pets if we are too pushy.
How can we prove accommodation with tenancy agreement that is 3years out of date? is there any other document we could use to satisfy this requirement?
Thanks for your direction/suggestion/contribution.

This won't be a problem. It's not mandatory to show a tenancy agreement. Other proof of joint address will be sufficient. When my husband (successfully) applied for ILR we were in the same position as you. We had what is called a 'rolling lease' where the landlord allows the original lease to continue without raising a new contract at the end of each period. It's normal practice in the UK.
You'll be fine.
