I need an advice regarding early application. I know one can apply for ILR in last 28 days of his 5 years stay. But, can we apply one month in advance? Have you known any one who applied like that?

Unfortunately, you cannot apply before 28 days.

Please apply 28 days before the completion of the time required. Don`t give the HO any excuse to find faults with your application.
