Just wanted to knw that is the rule of getting ILR in 5 years changing in 2011.
I am on Tier 2 and about to finish my 5 Years in early 2012.
Was just wondering is UKBA changing the rule for Tier 2 visa holders. I knw its a decision to be made in april 2011 but it anyone has any idea abt the same.
