Hi,

I am on a Tier 1 (G) Visa currently and will be applying for ILR after 6 months.I am planning to bring my child now (born recently outside UK)through a Family visitor visa instead of Tier 1 (G) dependent visa temporarily.

Can somebody advice if there will be any issue with the child being on family visitor visa while I make a ILR application after 6 months and can I make the ILR application in UK itself?

Please advice

Thanks

You cannot include a visitor to UK as a dependant in your settlement application (319J(c)).
