ILR 5 years time between jobs

I had been working as WP holder for the last 4.5 years with one employer now I have been working for another for 3months
here is the breakdown
0y 0m 8d WP activated (entry clearance)
4y 6m 24d one employer on WP (started working)
0y 1m 7d waiting for PEO appoiment (although COS was assigned 1w before notice and 4w notice included in the peroid)
0y 3m new employer on T2
total time in UK is now almost 5years (28days allowed to apply early)
My question is do I have to work one more month to cover this time
if I dont have to cover this time, how much time is allowed between jobs
