sgp will affect the ilr

hi
i am going to apply ilr in march.my employer gave me 2 days unpaid in jan and feb.they say they are paying statutory guarantee pay for that.this pay is for temporary lay off for 2 days in month.this will affect ilr,please any one comment on this.as i am really worried
