Hi,

My friend will be eiligible for ILR in July 2011. She is presently under Tier 1 General (HSMP). She is employed and also self-employed. My questions are:

Does she need to submit her payslips and P60 from 5 years or only from her last extension?

Does she need to submit her income statement, bank account statements, and proof of tax payment as self-employed for the last 5 years or just from her last extension.

Please advise.
