I am Applying for ILR after 5 years (4 Years WP + 1 Year Tier 2) All 5 years I have been same employer. I am IT consultants deputed by our IT company

I am applying using SET (O) Form

Could some one help me with the documents I need to attach with my applications.

How many Sal Slips & Bank Statement are needed.
What do we need to show as evidence for last 5 years of stay
