Hi,

I will become eligible for ILR next month (Workpermit + Tier 1 )

My spouce joined me 3 years ago as dependent, can she apply with me for ILR ?

We have a new baby few months ago we got his pakistani passport and he has no visa at the minute, what is the best option ?

a. apply for his ILR same time
b. get our ILR and than apply for his citizenship ?

Yes. Your wife can apply ILR with you.

Did you apply for a non-british passport to your baby already? I am not sure if you can apply citizenship to your baby without getting an ILR. Expert members might be able to answer on that.

yes he already has pakistani passport.

Apply ILR for both dependants with you .... I reckon you baby must be having dependant Visa ..

rajathwp, no baby does not have any visa yet. I was wondering do I have to get him dependent visa first ?

or wether he can also be included in our ILR application.
