Child dependent ILR: passport issue

My child doesn't have his own passport and is included in my wife's one. His current visa was also stamped in my wife's passport.
- When I apply for ILR, is it possible for HO to put my child ILR stamp in my wife's passport?
- Can I travel with my child without my wife, using her passport?
