Absences while you were on student visa are irrelevant when applying settlement as an economic migrant (i.e.-HSMP / Tier 1 (General) / Tier 2 migrant).

Hi Mehta,

one more question sorry to be a pain,
In ILR SET(0) form, they askin about entry date, could you pls confirm which date do i have to enter there..

This is the actual question:

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is base

Do i have to enter HSMP stamped date or approval received date?
or Do i have to enter my actual entry to UK as a student before HSMP

Many Thanks

If you applied for leave to remain (i.e.- from within the UK), then:
