My understanding is that 6 documents must be provided to proof that my brother in law (British) and sister in law (India) who hascome on a spouses visa.
As they are leaving with his parents they have got full financial support from his parents, they do not have any bills/tenancy agreement/mortgage on their names.
She only has the folowing:
Letter from the doctor to say that she is registered - 12/01/11
National Insuarnace letter - 01/10/2009
Letter from the college - 01/02/2011
Job application refusal - 27/10/09
Some payslips - May'2009 - Dec'2009
He has the following:
Bank statements - Sept'2010 - feb' 2011
Letter from Jobcentre Plus - 14/07/2010
They don't have any documents on joint names. She has acheived her ESOL Level 1 in english and speaking.
What advice can anyone give. Can they apply for IRL, and what about the lack of information?
Regards
