Hi
I have an ILR appointment in Premium service next week in Croydon. My spouse and daughter also applying with me.
Does anybody has an idea if the dependents need to visit the home office?
Will it be fine if the main applicant only goes?
Regards
Jaya

Yes you can go alone so long as they are all booked in same appointment.Their presence is really not essntial.I went alone and got my ILR in Croydon last year.Though if you want you can go with them just like a family day out.

Hi, you mentioned you got your ILR. Did your dependents get the ILR as well on the same day....Were they with you at the PEO centre? I am having a family appointment next week and wondering if we need to take the whole family or just the main applicant..Please let us know.

There is absolutely no requirement for entire family to go. As long as the appointment is made for whole family, only main applicant can go and get ILR for all dependants (for SET(O))
Thanks
