SET(O) form - what category applies to me

Dear Moderators,
Just checked on the SET(O) interactive form and I am getting confused selecting category that would apply to me.
I got my HSMP after 3 April 2006 but before November 2006. Hence after 2 years I was given 3 years extension Tier 1 visa. I am very soon completing this period and would need to apply for ILR using SET(O) form.
But what category do I select? is it HSMP under JR Policy OR Tier 1 (general migrant)?
One thing I know for sure is I am not required to give Life in UK test or ESOL. When I selected HSMP under JR Policy, I was not asked for those tests in the interactive form. But if I do select Tier 1 general migrant, I am being asked for those tests. That is making me think I should select HSMP under JR Policy. But can any moderator confirm this please?
Thank you,
Linearkieran

Seems like nobody has been in this situation before. I have emailed UKBA and will wait for their reply...
I shall post it here once I get it.

I was sent the standard reply (big chunk of text with a whole load of information (but nothing to answer your question)) for both my emails I sent to
UKBApublicenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk
I have now found this information from wonderful guys in this forum.
Thanks jinkazama_11 for your reply above...
I found the same information from one of the topics where you have contributed -

I am also on the same category, and i found the link as well
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... er-remain/
Although they have mentioned in the above page but in SET(0) guidance Pds
they have mentioned
"* If you applied successfully under the highly skilled
migrant programme (HSMP) before 3 April 2006, your
application for indefinite leave to remain will be consid-
ered under the terms of the HSMP indefinite leave to
remain (ILR) judicial review policy document. "
but nothing is mentioned for
Migrants who applied to the highly skilled migrant programme between 3 April 2006 and 7 November 2006

i am not sure about your question but just want to put query very similar to yours one, if someone could help. its still long time to apply but could any one advise if i need to fill section 9 for ILR in following situation;
First entered as: HSMP (22 April 2008 to 22 April 2010)
Extension: Tier 1 General (9 april 2010 to 9 April 2013)
Will i apply under Tier 1 General Category or Under HSMP category?
Thanks
