Dependent ILR application query

Hi All, I wish to apply for ILR for myself, my wife and our daughter. My wife stayed in UK for 2 years and then went to India for maternity. He was out of UK for 13 months and since then she has been in UK for 6 months.
- Will my wife's ILR application will be accepted as she has completed 2 years stay?
Also, noticed that the dependent application doesn't ask for absences of stay in UK.
