Accomodation letter

my husband, I and daughter live rent free with sister. Have a peo booking for next wednsday for hubbys ilr set M. I am taking letter from sis to show we live there rent free and that she is ok with it. And mortgage details on her name. do i also need letter from estate agent showing ratio of ppl to room to show there is enough space and no overcrowding...as we did for spouse visa?

I dont think you need that letter, only letter from your sister should be ok, in these cases they simply want to see if your relationship is permanent and is ongoing.

But a senior member should be able to shed some light on it. good luck

Thank-you. Yeas I have found out that its not a mandatory requirement. So jus taking sisters letter and something that confirms house in in her name.
