hi, my husband has his set M ilr tomorrow at Solihull. I have a few last minute questions, firstly I will list my docs in the way I have ordered them, each numbered item is in a separate plastic sleeve:

1) SET M app form (photographs attached in sealed envelope in section 1)
2) Passports
3) life in uk test pass letter

income and accommodation:

4) Husbands 3 payslips, p60+cover letter explaining his monthly income is averaged as it fluctuates due to overtime and that I am on mat leave.
5) My 3 payslips, p60, maternity leave confirmation letter
6) Letter from sis and her husband saying we can live there without rent or paying bills and her mortgage letter and land registry
7) JOINT bank statemnts past 6 months
8 ) MY bank statmnts past 6 months

proof of living together:

9) - 2009:
national insurance letter HUSBAND
Doctors card HUSBAND
provisional HUSBAND
halifax welcome letter JOINT
DSA theory booking HUSBAND
DSA theory booking ME
govmt gateway letter ME
HMRC tax letter HUSBAND
Student finance ME
Orange direct debit set up HUSBAND

10) - 2010:
Virgin landline and broadband bill HUSBAND
health in preg grant ME
matrnity allowance letter ME
child benefit ME
bank statement JOINT
hospital letter ME
Virgin contract set up ME
Prescription-hubby did not get as he felt better HUSBAND
Delivery invoice for item purchased online HUSBAND

11) 2011:
POLL CARD HUSBAND
POLL CARD ME
Virgin landline and broadband bill HUSBAND
Virgin contract insurance letter ME

12) Marriage certificates original and translated

ok....thing is we only have joint statemnts everything else is separate as we dont pay household bills, just virgin broadband and landline but they refused to set it up on two names. Are these separate letters OK?

Can i use old prescription i found?? lol

Also i found it hard finding letters for husband for 2010 and 2011, so are these ok for him? I did have the virgin bill but didnt know if I could reproduce, I will be taking them incase.

Is there anything I need to put together in same sleeve?

Will the case worker ask for what he needs? Example if he asks for finances do i just give payslips and statemnts...or accomodation details too (as accommodation details is also evidence of us being able to maintain ourselves).....or will he just ask for that if he wants it? And will he say SPECIFICALLY if he wants mine or husbands docs or will he want everything together?

My main concern is lack of letters for hubby for 2010 and 2011, please advise...getting stressed!!!

thankyou in advance.

They look fine to me, as i recently wentt to Solihull same category as your husband, no questions asked only took few documents and that it. try to give them joint as much as you can. They like seeing the joint. hopefully it will be over in minutes. I sat infront of the case worker for maximum 5 minutes. and decision taken which was positive . good luck and all the best

and yes, she only asked 2009 and 2010 documents not 2011. so i think they check only 2 years
