Hi,

I entered to UK with Working Holiday Visa (WH) from 01/04/2004 - 01/04/2006. After that i granted with Working Permit (WP) applied in UK from 07/04/2006 to 07/04/2010 and now i with Tier2 migrant (General) from 31/03-2010 to 2012.

Questions:

1. Is there any gap between the WH and WP?

2. Im confused the date first enter to UK in Section 6.1. Should i enter 07/04/2006? Or the very first date 01/04/2004?

3. Is the absence date start from year 2004 or 2006?

4. In Section 9 should i check 9B, 9C and 9P?

1- not if you applied before your HM visa expired
2- date of your WP visa i.e. April 2006
3- 2006#
4-9C not applicable to you.

Further question do i need a document as a proof of address if i rent a room in a shared house?
