IDLR APPLICATION

Hi,

I would really like it if someone could take the time to read and respond to the following queries. I am quite confused about a couple of things:

I was married in Pakistan and my wife was issued entry clearance FOR 27 months on 7 April 2009. She arrived in the UK on 9 May 2009. Her entry clearance expires on 7 July 2011. She has visited Pakistan twice during this time, for 2 months each time.

I have 3 questions please, considering the above info:

1 - If she applies for IDLR what is the latest date we can submit the application?

2 - If we want to apply for an extension [in the event she does not complete her LifeInUK Test] what is the latest date we can do so?

3 - Do her visits to Pakistan [totalling 4months] affect her eligibility for IDLR?

A response would be grately appreciated, it really would.

Many thanks.

1-LATEST date is day before current leave expires
2-Any time before current leave expires
3-no, so long as you can prove that you both have lived togather for 2 years
