Indefinite leave to remain --- P45 incorrect name

HI,
I am in work permit and eligible for ILR on Feb 2011, Have all my p60 & p45 . But p45 has an incorrect first name . Appreciate any suggestions.
CAn I contact HMRC on this and ask for additional proof of document ?
Appreciate your help.

If you have the P60s, what do you need the P45s for?

As Sushdmehta said you don't need to provide copy of P45 (especially when the current financial year is over and you will get a P60 from your current employer). Just make sure your current employer gets it right on the P60. If in doubt, double check with your employer and point out that there has been a spelling mistake (on P45)

Hi all,
thank you for the reply. i had changed my employer during the year of 2006 oct and the P45 send lately after 2007 jan with the incorrect details. As mentioned by you all I dont need P45 even if I change the employment.
As I am applying through the attorney, he told I need to submit all p45 if I have changed emplyomnet.
attorney requires a letter from old employer stating my employment details.
