Dear Users,
I have got few questions to ask if anyone can help me .
I came in the uk on 1 sep 2002 on a student visa and then i got psw in 2008 and then i got tier 1 general on 13 of april 2011 for two years.
my ten years will be completed on 1st of september 2012 .
What things do i need to show for ILR .
Do i need to show tier 1 general tax documents for 10 years residency .
i am confused about the things i may require so i wanna start preparing it now .

for 10 yrs long residency ILR, you just need to show 10 years legal residence nothing concerned with tax documents! You will need to show all your previous leave to remain in the UK, Knowledge of Life in UK Test result.

Remember you should have not been out of UK for more than 18months during the 10 years
