Hi
I moved to the UK on 20th Aug 2006 on WP
UK Exit UK Entry Purpose Days Visa
06/01/2007 20/01/2007 Official 14 WP
24/03/2007 09/04/2007 Official 16 WP
25/08/2007 27/08/2007 Vacation 2 WP
25/01/2008 12/02/2008 Vacation 18 WP
13/04/2008 29/05/2008 Official 46 WP
31/07/2008 01/11/2008 Official 93 WP
10/11/2008 10/01/2009 Official 61 DWP
24/03/2009 25/04/2009 Official 32 DWP
13/06/2009 01/08/2009 Official 49 WP
28/05/2010 20/06/2010 Official 23 WP
13/11/2010 02/12/2010 Vacation 19 WP
28/03/2011 11/04/2011 Vacation 14 WP
During the Period of 2008 - 2009 , i was outside the UK for more than 90 days. I used to visit UK but that was on a Per Dieum Basis and not on Salary. My Original WP expired on 31st Dec 2008 and i moved on to DWP as my spouse was based in the UK. I re-entered UK on WP on 1st Aug 2009 on a ICT - Tier 2 category.
If i consider my stay from 2006, i am due to apply for my ILR in end of July 2011.
Due to my breaks in between and visa change from WP to DWP wanted to check the chances of getting a ILR
