Longterm residency 10 years i am confused over few questions

Dear Users.
I dont no what is the future for 10 years long residency .if it stays i will complete my 10 years on 1st of september 2012 .
The breakdown will be like this 6 years student+2 years PSW+2 your initial tier 1 general= 10 years
Total i was out of the country 3 times for 67 days so far 1st time 30 days second time 7 days and third time 30 days got all the stamps and entries and everything is up to date.
Do i have to show the same income like it says tier 1 general holders should show the same salary the basis they got tier 1 general for ILR.Or is this for 5 year rule only.
and i got six points on my license which will finish in 2013 august will it comes under unspent convictions .
And life in the Uk test how early i can do it can i do it now.
and lastly if everything goes under my favour what are the actual documents needed for 10 years long term residency.
