Hi Expers,

1st time I came into UK on my WorkPermit ( JULY,2006).

Then on October,2007 : Changed my visa status to HSMP. Valid 2 Years.

Then on October,2009 : Got my HSMP : EXTENTIONS ( Tier1 General)

By this July,2011 : I will be completing my 5yrs in UK.

Now we are in April,2011 : May 2nd week myself and wife taking this LifeinUK test : How many months before one can apply for this ILR using SET(O) applicaiton.

Under current directions, you may apply for settlement no earlier than 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your entry in the UK in a qualifying immigration category (in this case, WP).
