I have recently extended my Tier 1 Visa and it is now valid until April 2013. However, I become eligible for ILR in March 2013 and I am planning to apply for the same.
I have recently seen some changes in immigration rules while applying ILR should meet the same income criteria that applied when last extended permission to stay.

I was on self employed and business has gone down now so I work and I run my business as well. My income was 41000 when I applied but I had to show only 36000. But now the income from employed and self employed both is about 28000.

When applying ILR do we need to show them all 3 -5 years income statement or just the last year when we are applying for ILR?

Please advice me so that I can struggle a bit more to meet the level of income.

I have tried searching on the UKBA website but there is no information on this.

Thank you your advice is highly appriciated.

Is there a document that shows points table for ILR (for Tier 1 (G) visa holders)!! I am concerned what kind of points will be allocated for AGE, SALARY etc.!!

Thanks

You will never know when these guys change the rules again (there would be an election in May next year too!) and it would be better to keep up with the numbers when you last extended your stay, to be on the safer side.

I got copy of my application which i sent to home office in that it is clearly mentioned how many points allocated in each category. You can go through your application copy
