Jury Service and Missing payslip

Hi,

I have question about proof of income.

(1)
I have done a jury service last year. After the service I given a document which has the amount that was been paid to me. From the face of it does not looks like a payslip.
Do I need to get a signature/stamp from the crown court where the service was held?

(2) I have one missing payslip so far. My employer has given me a letter stating NET pay (not gross). I have printeded (unsigned) copy of the payslip attached to this letter. Will this be sufficient.
In my bank statement the company name is of the parent company while the letter was issued on the name of the child company. Is it ok?

1. Payments / reimbursements on account of jury service cannot be considered as your "earnings" from employment.

Reserving my response to the second query pending answers to the following questions:
1. What is your current immigration category?
2. To which month preceding the settlement application will this "missing payslip" belong to?
3. How have you managed to print a "missing payslip"?
4. Do you score enough points to qualify for settlement if you were to ignore the earnings of the month in question?

1. I m on Tier 1 (WP + HSMP + Tier 1)
2. It's for month #1 for 12 out of consicutive 15 months
3. I was been given the letter with Net pay and printed payslip. The letter have reference of "attached copy of payslip"

Sorry, I didn't understand.

Assuming April 2011 to be the month of settlement application, then the 15 month window is from Jan-2010 to March-2011. In such case, which month-year does this missing payslip belong to?

Instead of using payslips, you may use an employer letter - certifying your gross salary, deductions and net salary for each of the 12 months - as one of the (two) evidences.
Tier 1 settlement guidance -> Annex B wrote:Letter from the applicant’s (previous and/or present) employer(s) (or in the case of winnings, the relevant awarding body) confirming that he/she has received the exact amount claimed. This is a letter on company headed paper which clearly shows the applicant’s earnings during period claimed, and the date and amount of each payment. This letter should be dated after the period for which earnings are being claimed and should clearly show the applicant’s gross and net pay.â€

Copy of payslips may not be accepted as UKBA always insists on documents in "original".

Unless you wish to take a risk, get a letter from employer.

I understand that UKBA will not accept copy of the payslip. However I have a letter a companying the copy of the payslip. its something like this...

Mr... has recevied £... Net pay in the month of ... with reference to the attached copy of the payslip.

The payslip copy has net pay as well as gross pay and bank statement has net pay figure.
