Settlement to Join\Acc partner - no longer together

Hi

I moved to the UK on a Settlement to Join/Acc partner (indefinite leave to enter the UK) in 2005 and we have since seperated.

I got the impression from posts on this site, that once I have Indefinite Leave to Enter I will be ok to remain, but I've just been advised by my Ex that he has advised Home Office that we are no longer together.

I was planning on applying for citizenship in the next couple of months.

Should I be worried at all?

Hopefully you can put me at ease.

Thanks

Jen

if you have have indefinite leave to enter or remain then you can stay here indefinitely regardless off the breakdown of your marriage.

Thanks for the very quick response.

Some times you just need a bit of reassurance, thanks again.
