Hi,

I am currently on a Tier 2 General Visa (assuming it is equivalent to Tier 2 Migrant) over the past 2 years and was on Work Permit Visa before that covering the initial 3 years.

For required documents for ILR, it is mentioned

"If you were a work permit holder, documents confirming that you were in the employment for which a work permit was issued throughout the period concerned"

Wondering if anyone knows what documents are been asked here? Is it employement contacts or WP visa confirmation documents.

Appreciate your help, due for an interview on 3rd May!

Regards,

Suresh

You need to submit your p60 or pay slips which confirmed that you were working there and also your work permit approval letter

Please rectify if I am wrong

You need to provide anything that clearly states you were employed by the named employer during the period of your Work Permit.
A generic employment letter stating you are/were working for them or your P60 is more than enough really. Bank statement too will suffice provided it shows the company's name paying in the money
