Hi There,
I would be very grateful if one of you experts can clarify a few things for me,

I applied for HSMP in october 2006 and got approval, but the date on the initial stamp is 15th of november(my previous PFT visa was valid till 14th so I guess they stamped it after that):

I got my extension in november 2008 on the basis of HSMP(JR) and didnt need to show any points for that. BUT my extension visa stamp actually says "Limited leave to remain as Tier 1(general) migrant!. I hope I still qualify for the ILR Nov 2011 on the basis of JR??? I have been reading a few posts about visa stamps in this forum and thats what got me worried.

And If I am covered I gathered from the posts that I am exempt again from earning requirement
KOL
criminality threshold( I had a police caution in june 2006)
Would really appreciate if one of you kind souls can clarify.........getting more tense as the time is drawing near.........sorry if I have asked questions which have already been answered! many thanks

It is the date of HSMP application (for initial approval) that matters.

The date of HSMP approval or date of application for entry clearance / leave to remain or date from which leave to enter / remain was effective is irrelevant.

You are covered by HSMP JR.
