I'm in T1 category, my wife is T1 partner, i'm going to apply ILR with my wife.
we can provide cohabitation documents for the period of two years (e.g 2010-2012), but my wife has been abroad two times,
one is 54 days(holiday with me), another one is 64 days(medical treatment).

but she has stayed in UK over 2 years, it is really difficult to provide cohabitation documents for 2 years ago (before 2010), only got police registration certificate with another address, so, should i include my wife in my application?

any senior advisor can help me?

thanks

When do you become eligible for ILR?

Then there is nothing to worry about.

There is no restriction on the dependant's absences abroad -- the dependant will follow the status of the main applicant.

if the dependent has been absence abroad for 1 year, how does the case worker believe you and your partner have lived together for 2 years?
