Hi All (specially experts) I came to see this link on UKBA website where they have made many sudden and strange changes to the ILR ie scoring points for ILR (income points, age points, Qualification point etc) .I got Tier 1 General and going to apply for ILR next year and are very concern about these sudden changes as I was made redundent a few months back and still looking for work (u know recession

) please have a look and explain as many peoples may not be aware of it.
Regards

Hi
Even my husband was redundant last year end for 2 months. We got ILR on 21st in Birmingham. You can see my post. He had shown only 10 months earning instead of 12. The case worker did not say anything as he scored the required points.
